Founded in 2022, our practice now operates internationally - across the UK, India, and Europe - spanning elite sport, education, and consultancy.
Our Name
Aethlos is the ancient Greek word for the contest itself: the striving that makes the victory. Whether the goal is an optimum athletic or business performance, we chose the name to hold every service we deliver to that same standard - the athlete’s mindset, applied equally to performance and to business.
